I am interested in trading 2 houses, One is located in Florida only 5 miles from the beach in the Orlando/Daytona area, and the other is in California, near Yosemite.
The California home is a 4 bed 2 bath in Merced, California home- built in 2007 and very close to the UC Merced and Yosemite National Park. It is nice inside and out with all tile flooring and it is in a great family friendly and quiet neighborhood.
The Florida home is a 3 Bed 2 Bath home in Edgewater, Florida. It is also in a great neighborhood and it was Completely remodeled inside and out in 2016.
I am looking for a house here in California, in either Santa Cruz/Half Moon Bay area, Santa Barbara, Napa, Sonoma or San Diego. Open to other ideas but they must be move in ready homes in California and I would need at least a 3 bedroom 2 bath. There is a decent amount of equity in both houses, as the debt is only at 200k total- and they are worth about 475 total. I am looking to get into something with only about 150-200 remaining on the note, I'm open to other locations depending on the property and closeness to the beach. I would prefer something newer but again I am open.
