also close to Playalinda Beach which is all natural dunes and miles of beaches.
We are near Kennedy Space Center. It is 30 minutes to Orlando, where Disney and Universal Studios is. We are 45 minutes to Daytona Beach where the Daytona Speedway Race Track is,
and we are 45 mintues to Cocoa Beach which is also popular.

We are looking for a home with 5 or more acres.
We would like a home with over 1500 sq ft.
And would prefer some outbuildings.
We want to raise some animals.
We would prefer to be near things to do, not somewhere in the middle of nowhere if you know what I mean. We like to fish, kayak, wildlife refuges, nature. We would want to owner finance the rest if over 70,000 value, but not more than 25,000 over.
Mobile home is ok, wouldn't even mind if had more than one mobile home for extra income (small mobile home park).
