We are looking for a single family house, or farm, in town or out of town, in the north-east(more or less) USA or anywhere in Canada, with some land around it. Rural area preferred.
House construction should be of brick, stone,concrete block, and maybe cinder block, but not wood and not manuf. home.
We are looking for a "no-excuse no-cash even swap", cause the
economy ain't gonna get any better, so lets barter! I am not interested in a dollar-value swap, just looking for a simple and basic house I like, so lets forget the market value of our homes and just consider an even swap.

Our house is owned free and clear.

8 minutes to beach by car, 15 minutes to International Airport by car and
Embry Riddle aeronautical University.
1hr drive from Orlando. Round the clock shuttle bus service
to Orlando Int'l Airport.

The lot is 50ft x 150ft. Fenced in lot.
