This house was built by Jim Ogburn in 1987 for the original family. My wife and I purchased the house in 1989; it has been our home since.

The home has gone through several upgrades to every part of the house over the time we have owned it. One of the first additions we made was the 6 foot privacy fence for the back yard and pool. There are two walk through gates and one drive through gate that allow access to the back yard. Two decks have been added to this home; one to the pool house and the other between the pool and house. These decks (14’ x 14’ and 14’ by 40’) give additional area around the pool for the family and friends to enjoy. In 2000 I added a wired work shop (14’ x 22’) to the pool house making the pool house 14’ by 36’ with access to the original pool house and a garage door for additional access. The Kitchen was renovated with new solid wood cabinets and new Whirlpool Gold appliances throughout. The laundry room was also renovated replacing the original cabinets and adding a custom laundry center also of solid wood. The homes wiring system has been replaced from the breaker panel (now 300w) to the switches and outlets throughout the home. The latest renovation was the addition of the Master Suite adding some 1200 sqft of living space to the home and replacing flooring throughout. Carpet was replaced throughout the home (Living room, Dining Room, Bedrooms, Closets and Hallway) with the heaviest padding and a top grade carpet. Linoleum was replaced with Tile in all bathrooms, kitchen and breakfast nook. Wood flooring was replaced in the foyer at the same time.
