We are looking to move back to Georgetown... but will consider Midway, Winchester, Versailles, Paris, Richmond (north) and other parts of Lexington. In other words, if you're interested... get in touch!

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

We have a beautiful ranch over a basement. There are 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house has approximately 2476 sq. ft. of finished living space. 2156 comprise the first floor with an additional 320 sq. ft. finished in the basement. The remaining 1836 sq. ft. in the basement is unfinished and is great for storage and is currently being used as a shop area for my interest in wood working.

The main floor has 3 bedrooms with two full baths, a family room, eat in kitchen, laundry room, formal living room (currently being used as 4th bedroom) and a formal dining area (currently being used as a computer room). Most of the ceilings are vaulted and the few areas that are not vaulted are 9'. The layout is open... giving the house an even larger feel.

In the basement, the finished area was designed to be an art room (currently being used as a workout room) but could easily be converted into a 5th bedroom. There is also a full bath featuring a raised Jacuzzi brand whirlpool tub.

The garage was built two feet longer than normal to accommodate longer vehicles. There was also an extra concrete pad poured to the left of the driveway to provide additional off-street parking. A bricked walkway leads around to the back yard where you will find a privacy fenced in playground for kids. This ultra playset was designed and built to be taken apart and moved... but can easily stay and is negotiable.

There is also a Hot Springs hot tub underneath the deck that can be enjoyed during the cold winter months. The yard is beautifully landscaped.

A set of double doors makes it easy to get your mower in and out of the basement area.

The house is all electric (average bill of $155)... but we had a large LP tank (rented) installed out back and had iron pipe professionally run into the living room so that we could have a gas fireplace installed (fireplace is negotiable). We also had the pipe run into the finished and non finished areas in the basement in case we ever wanted to put in a gas fireplace in either of those areas as well. We also had the pipe run to the deck so that we could connect our gas grill up and not worry about fooling with those little LP tanks that run out of gas quickly!

We would like to move back to Georgetown. We used to live in the Stables and loved it. We moved to Lexington when we had this house built 5 years ago. We LOVE the house... but miss living in Georgetown. We are looking for a similar style house. We would like a ranch over a basement... but would consider a two story as long as the master bedroom suite is on the first floor. We don't HAVE to have a basement... but would have to have an extra garage or workshop type of building for my wood working equipment.
