The house is structurally sound,has a newer roof (about 6 years),almost all new plumbing and electrical system has been updated to 200 amp service.The furnace works well,has central air conditioning that didn't work when I bought the house.I never had the a/c checked,so I don't know what is wrong with it.The living room,dining room and kitchen need to be repainted.The house has crank open anderson windows but the crank mechanisms on several of them are needed.They still open and close by hand,just not with the crank handle.The first floor has been renovated in the past with sheetrock replacing the old plaster walls.The second floor needs some plaster work or replacement with sheetrock.
