Cute 3 bedroom cape cod style home for possible TRADE located in Canton, Ohio. I will consider a TRADE of another home that is of equal or similar value as ours. Will consider any area! I'm looking for something with an approx value of around $60k, or even higher IF you're willing to do an even trade of course. I will consider one that needs "some" work, but prefer something that can be currently moved into while work is performed. I will consider a home, condo, townhouse or maybe even a mobile home on it's own land. There's NO work needed to move into mine right away if preferred.

Home has full basement. 1 1/2 car garage with opener. Fenced back yard with deck area. Approx. 1,300 square feet. Will include all appliances if needed.
