Hey everyone!... This is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cape cod waterfront home in Pasadena. The house was built in 1950 and since then has had many improvements: new furnace, hot tub, appliances and paint. It is a 3 story, the top floor has 3 bedrooms, laundry room and a bathroom you will enjoy waking up to every day. Separate glass enclosed shower and jacuzzi tub. The middle floor has an open area living room and dining room as well as a beautiful kitchen and full bathroom. The basement is fully finished with a half bath and enough room for a full second master bedroom if desired. Mechanical room and small workshop. Walk out your sliding door to an outdoor hot tub, 100 feet of water frontage and deep water pier with water service and electrical service. There is slip space for at least a 30 to 40 ft boat as well as a smaller watercraft. There is also a small private beach with stairs for easy access. Huge outdoor deck off of living room for entertaining or just watching the boats go by... You will love living in a resort styled home every day.. The taxes for this property are 1465.00 per year ( the lowest you will find anywhere ) as well as a 75.00 per month HOA fee. There is also a free clubhouse with bathrooms and a kitchen that is available free of charge for residents, with additional boat parking and boat ramp ( also free ). This home and it's location and ammenities is by far one of the best values around! Enjoy water views from every room!
ok... for the bad news... When the neighborhood was built ( around 1900 ) it was designed as a weekend retreat for a number of close families. It is zoned agricultural ( which is why the taxes are so inexpensive ). Some of the houses are closer than new building codes would probably allow. My house has a neighbor that you must walk by in order to enter my house. We share the same sidewalk. It seems odd at first ( as it did to me ) but it's something that you certainly get used to. This small detractor is what enabled me to purchase a large waterfront home at a reasonable price.
