The value of my home is higher due to the things I had done.I had my basement finished. I have a big bedroom down stairs with a walkin closet a large sitting area in the basement with a wash room a half of bathroom and another extra room.I had a new roof put on a year ago a new energy saving furnace installed and new out water heater,home have security doors and bars on Windows.Also have new Windows installed. The neighbour's are really nice and quite everyone pretty much stay to their selves.I love my home but I need to find a home on the outskrits of Detroit in a low crime rate area. Madison heights,Pontiac,Westland,Plymouth,Southfield,Sterling heights,etc.not directly in Detroit.
