I have a 1670 sq ft house with partially finished attic (could be a second story very easily) There is also a cottage next door and a third lot; cottage is one bedroom, entire property is sitting on over a half acre of land. Fruit trees, plenty of room for garden, 100 year old oak trees. Entire property valued about 60,000. Both houses need some work, have been in my family since 1916. Small town, low taxes, nice people-2 and a half hours from Austin, Dallas, Abilene, San Angelo; dead center of Texas. Would like to trade for land in Northern California/Grass valley area. Would also consider RV of equal value.
