Fixer-upper beach house in west end of Galveston, TX. The house is on the bay side, but only about a mile away from Sunny Beach (free beach). The house even has a water view of the bay from the huge deck out back. It sits on about 1/3 acre and is in an area zoned agricultural where horses are allowed (only part of Galveston that allows livestock). New roof in 2014, new siding in 2015; both repairs WPI-8 windstorm certified per Galveston code. House is on stilts (11 ft in the air) with no flooding from Hurricanes Harvey or Ike!
