I have a multifamily/Commercial piece of property located directly on Hwy 98 in Panama City, FL (traffic count over 35,000 per day) that I'd like to trade for raw land located in the Southeast US. Under the right circumstances I may also consider a mountain or beach home/condo.

The property is currently zoned General Commercial 2, which means the dirt is even more valuable than the multifamily housing. Future use could be fast food, commercial office, retail or several other commercial uses including continuing on as multifamily. Current market value is $339,999.

The Panama City property has been completely renovated within the past year with a new roof, windows, vinyl siding, carpet and paint throughout. It has 4 units with about $2900 monthly revenue. I've owned the property for about seven years and now have a desire to move out of state. All of the tenants, but one, has been there for several years. The location is key in this property. It sits directly on the main commercial highway that goes straight through Panama City, FL and sides three road including Hwy 98, 15th Street and Chestnut Street.
