This location has sub-tropical climate, with very many palm trees and hibiscus, jasmine, bouganvillea (etc.) blooming everywhere. Very convenient to many delightful tourist sites: Gibraltar, Granada, Marbella, Seville, Rpnda, Nerja, Cordoba, etc. English spoken everywhere; many British tourists/residents. My last round-trip airfare from USA to Malaga was $706, May/June 2011. I have other property there a mile away from this one, but deaths in my family leave me all alone with no need for more than one in this location. I want to trade for a U.S. asset which I can convert to a charitable donation to the mission which I support here (wmpress.org).

Must be free of debt, like mine. Single-family preferred but can consider other types, like condos. My location is Miami Beach (305-674-1031), so I prefer southern Florida--but will consider all. Can accept greater equity as trade if you provide short-term owner financing for your equity overage.
