I am looking for a 3/2 house with at least a 1 car garage 2 would be better. A pool would be a plus. I don't really care for conservation lots in the back. It would have to be in excellent condition. My main concern is a SAFE neighborhood in Carrolwood, Temple Terrace, or New Tampa area. I am highly allergic to cats so if I cat lived there I would not be able to.
