Looking for a trade!

We bought this condo almost 2 years ago, and just had our first child, so we're looking for a bigger place either in the city or in the suburbs. It's located 1/2 block west of Clark Street and 2 blocks north of Fullerton. 3rd floor unit, includes all new upgrades, Central Air, Washer and Dryer in unit, Granite Kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. Close to the Fullerton EL station, bars, restaurants, and shopping! Really a GREAT location... we'll miss it, but family life calls :)

We need a place with at least 2 bedrooms, a parking spot, and a yard (we have a small pug who needs her running room!). We're flexible with location, but would prefer a place near a Metra station or CTA stops.
