This is a condo located on the top story, in the corner of a 4 story building, so there are tall, large windows and lots of light. There are very high ceilings making the unit seem very airy. It is a walk-up apartment. The unit has one bedroom, one bath (with shower and full tub), a living room and recently rennovated eat-in kitchen. There is also a large storage closet in the unit and the bedroom has a very large walk in closet. Polished hardwood floors throughout except for the kitchen which has large black tiles. The building allows pets. The monthly fee is $285 which includes water and heat. The building is extremely close (less than 1 block) from a subway station and there is lots of free on street parking avalaible. It is about 30 - 40 minutes into downtown Manhattan by subway. I have until recently had it rented it out for $1000 a month but it is currently vacant because I would like to sell/swap it.
I currently have a mortgage on the property; I have owned it for 5 years. I am ideally looking for a single family house, condo, mobile home, land, or any other type of property either closer to the Baltimore, Annapolis or Washington DC area (including out near the shore, or elsewhere) or further out on Eastern Long Island (Suffolk County) but I would be willing to consider other offers. I am looking for something priced between 100k and 200k.
