This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located in Salt Lake City's newest master plan community development, Daybreak. The amenities are unbeatable (lake with canoes and row boats, tennis courts, pools, huge gym, basketball courts (indoor and outdoor), parks, two elementary schools within daybreak, volleyball courts, playgrounds, etc). We've lived in the condo for almost 2 years, and we're the original owners. It's an open layout with an attached one car garage. The bedrooms are much bigger than most condos. The kitchen is huge. Amazing views through the large sliding glass doors of the Wasatch Mountain range. We love it. Unfortunately, we have to relocate to the Roseville, CA for my job.
