We would like to swap or sell our farm which is free and clear. Our farm is 40 +/- acres. It comes with a remodeled house which has around 3000sf. We have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, with option to make more bedrooms. The living room, dinning room, and kitchen are open. Had a new metal roof put on this summer. There is a 18X30 above ground pool with a big deck , 2 barns, 2 out buildings, and 3 older chicken houses still in use. There are 2 tractors with hay equipment, bush hogs, and lots more. Everything needed to run the farm. We have 25 calves, a 2 acre pond. It is all fenced and cross fenced. The calves and tractors and equipment are optional. We have city water but also have 2 wells. The house is heated by a heat pump but we also natural gas heaters.
We would like to move closer to Huntsville.
