Looking to swap for home in rural area with 3+ acres in Fairhope, Robertsdale, Elberta, Daphne, Lillian, Loxley, all other smaller towns located in Southern Alabama and all of Tennessee. We are looking for a home with 3+ bedrooms with additional detached garage. Lake front on pond on property. This is what we are hoping to find, however, it doesn't have to be a necessity nor would it stop a trade. We will consider all homes in all prices as long as it meets our needs.
