This house is unfinished, would cost about 40,000-50,000 to finish the house the way i planned..It's approx. 2200sq ft maybe more. It comes with 5acres of land. When finished the house and property would probably appraise for 250,000 to 300,000. I ran out of money to get it finished and it's just sitting there. So far everything is paid for up til now free and clear. Would be interested in trading for something finished that me and my family could move into now. I also have a 1968 chevelle malibu fully restored asking 30,000 for would possibly throw it in if there is a property price difference. Your property has to be free and clear with no leans also..these pictures were as they progressed but, the first pic is of total progress: it has metal roof and windows and doors pretty much in the dry. Car is also owned free and clear. So i'm looking for something in the price range of 180,000 with the car...I am trying to sale some things to finish the house, if i can and get the house finished then i'll be asking around 275,000 for it. the property alone is about 12,000 an acre in lonoke county. I would possibly trade for a lot of acreage without house, I'm opened for offers.
