All new appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garden, patio, private parking, lots of sun. Free wireless internet, espresso maker, electronic gate. Recently relocated from New York to Los Angeles, we are looking for a 1-BR (or larger) apartment, preferably in Manhattan or Brooklyn, for all or part of our trip to New York (March 12-22).
