This brand new home is located "on the mesa" in Yucca Valley, CA. It's on the Yucca Valley - Joshua Tree border. It is constructed like a regular stick built home, better in some places.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, a full two car garage, fireplace, laundry room, a master bedroom walk in closet and 2.5 acres of land. The home has central air and heat. It uses city water, has a septic tank, uses So. Cal. Edison for electricity and propane for the furnace and water heater. Verizon phone lines are available but I never had it hooked up, the cell signal is very good at this location. No cable TV but the Direct TV (satellite) gives me 200 channels. This is a horse property location, if you love horses this is a great place to live. Even if you aren't a horse lover, this is a super quiet area and an affordable but comfortable home. Lots of open space with no one "right next door". The closest neighbor is about 2 acres away.

If you’re tired of living in a noisy neighborhood, this is an excellent change toward peace and quiet. This home is far enough out of town so you can ride (horses or off road vehicles) just about anywhere or do just about anything but close enough to town to make life's everyday chores like shopping easy and convenient. I'm not a horse person but I do ride my motorcycle (dirt bike) right out of the garage and into the desert. Great location! Great fun! Very relaxing!

I own this home free and clear and have the ability to finance the sale for you for a few years (2 or 3). Less than perfect credit is OK.
