I need to cut monthly expenses, I wish to go way down in value, but I will look at anything that will break even or cash flow. Why would anyone give up cash flowing property? Because it's Tahoe, this area will never go way down in value, it's difficult to build here and there's a finite amount of available land/houses and this will not change because there's nowhere to expand, period. I got into something I couldn't afford and need out.
