It's a little old farmhouse with hand-hewn beams and lots of cool antique features in an excellent town that got appraised at $167,000 but due to the low ceilings and small rooms (in a town where most houses sell for over a million), it's not easy to find a buyer when you're not there to do open houses (which my realtor won't do)... so I just dropped the listing price to $139,000...
I assume you're here because you're in a similar situation, so if you have a house out west, where I'd like to live, hopefully we can both benefit.
