The kitchen & bathroom was remodeled in 2003. Also, in 2003 the house was vinyl sided and a new septic system put in. In 2004, a new metal roof was put on and laminate floors. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It is a 2-3 bedroom house with a Florida room. There is a carport and shed. The laundry room is a separate building just outside the kitchen, which is attached to the house by the back porch. There are several fruit trees and a couple of palm trees.
