3/2/2,built in 2005. Brand new kitchen cabinets. Vaulted ceilings. Privacy fenced in back yard. Tile floors everywhere except the bedrooms. 1150 square feet. Everything is in great condition. We still owe 149,000. The day we moved 4 years ago it had a value of 215,000. We are obviously upside down and just want to be a little closer to work and school. No repairs are needed. Needs to be painted, but we will do that.

Would like to get something closer to UCF or Lake Mary. Altamonte springs, Casselberry, Winter springs, Winter Park, really anywhere in Seminole or Orange counties. Don't be afraid to ask, though. We would really like to move. We would be willing to take a fixer upper in that area even. We might even be able to give extra money. I can send pictures.
