We have a small 3 bedrm 3 bath house in deerfield bch florida with a pool, single car garage, and 70 ft new dock on deep water 1/2 block off the intracoastal, we are looking for someone to exchange houses with in either Deerfield/Lighthouse Point who maybe interested in down sizing, as we are looking for a larger home, but still want the older Florida style all on one floor on deep water also, our interest would be to exchange houses and provide cash to pay the difference in the assessed value
