I must agree with another poster on this site that thinks trading-days are over. Most folks are trying to get more than they have, or are unloading a white elephant that would not sell on the market in a good economy. They only want to know 'how much'?
The whole idea of a trade is to get from point A to point B in a falling economy at a cheap price and to be grateful for the opportunity to move without spending a lot of money.
If you like my house and I like yours, then we have a possible trade; I do not mind taking a loss, as long as I like your place and it meets my minimum requirements(not 'how much').
Now, with all this in mind, surely there is someone out there that wants to trade even, before the economy goes down any further? If you are that person, then I welcome hearing from
you!

In exchange for House in Any state

I am looking for a house/farm in a semi-rural to rural area made of brick, concrete block, stone, or maybe block on a large lot/acreage. I will consider in the city if the lot width is
sizable. My first preferance is the Northeast USA, but I will consider Alaska too and Canada.
I am only interested in folks that own their house free and clear[ready to trade].
I am offering a solid minimum maintanence concrete block house with a separate guest house [could be rented out for income quick]. My house is owned free and clear.
