Star fruits, passion fruits, macadamia nuts,papayas,lychees, mangoes, jujubees, surinam cherries,loquats and spinach Chaya are only a few of many others. We created many wonderful memories at this place and will definitely miss this little peace of Heaven, but my husband got a job in Arizona and we had to move. I am open to many offers as long as the AZ house is in the good for a family area and does not need a lot of work. My house is updated with newer appliances, new cabinets and newer roof, floors( no carpet), AC, heater. It has a beautiful Family (or huge dinning room) with a bay window overlooking the garden. My favorite is a big screened lanai room...you just want to live there and listen to the birds, enjoying the garden views and shade. Property has sprinkler system ( from the well, so you can save on water bill), extended drive way, fenced backyard and it is only half a block away from the green little park with the playground. Area is very mixed with some young families and some seniors and "snow birds". We have wonderful neighbors who became like our family. Our "green island" is in a very quite area and only 15-20 minutes drive away from the ocean beaches. The air is amazingly fresh and clean because our city is not big and surrounded by a lot of green trees. Stores, library and schools are in 10 minutes range drive. It is a beautiful place and city,and very cute and cozy home and I wish we did not have to move !!! Home can be traded with the furniture if you want to and appliances in place. We are looking at the areas in North Glendale, North Peoria, North Sun City, North Phoenix and North Scottsdale.
