We relocated last month to follow a job opportunity and are looking to swap our large upscale home to a smaller home to reduce our carry costs. We will consider purchasing your less expensive smaller home, townhome, condo, or lot in the Orlando area, or in any other resort area in exchange for you buying our home. We are seeking to sell our house for its current market value which approximates $550k and swap down to the <$300k range for a house/condo or <$150k for a lot. We will sell our home for current appraised value and buy yours for current appraised value. The home is available for immediate occupancy and is in move-in condition

The house is a high-end home in the estate section of the upscale guard-gated community of Westyn Bay in West Orange County. The home has a view of Lake Apopka and the community has a very nice amenity package including a clubhouse, community pool, tennis facilities, playground, walking trails, and baseball and soccer fields. The community is by far the nicest in the entire Ocoee/Apopka/Winter Garden area, and rivals many of the upscale communities in Windermere without the million dollar price tag.

As to shopping, a brand new upscale Publix shopping center just outside the community is getting ready to open in the next few weeks. The regional shopping center Winter Garden Village is only a 5 minute ride down the 429.

The community is near to all major Orlando area roadways.
