See my other properties for trade. I want at least a 2/2 or 3/2 house or mobile home on acreage with some kind of water, be it a creek or stream or lake. I also want rentals to live off of. I would prefer to live in the mountains but Im open to suggestions. No desert or desert-like environments. I do not want to live where it gets below 0 much but I dont want to live in a really hot environment either. I do need to be relatively close to a college town of some sort. I am motivated. I have lived here all my life and I want to retire somewhere more peaceful.
