This is a very hard to find piece of property in St.Petersburg, Fl. It is a block 3/2 on 3 lots of land. If you know anything about St. Petersburg, then you know land is very rare. It is hard to price this property because it has been in my family since it was built and there is nothing comparable to it. The tax info shown is very low as it has been in my family for so long. We own everything outright, so there are no banks or lenders to deal with. It is being rented right now for $1200 a month, but, could get more. We are just using one of the lots to store some things on. We also have another rental property that is a 2/1 and rents for $800 a month. The same renters have been there for over 6yrs. We really want land with some kind of water. Like a creek, spring, pond, lake, or ocean. Old trees would be nice also. We are looking for alot of acreage. The house isnt as important as the land we seek. My husband is a great do-it-yourselfer, so even a fixer upper on the right property would be considered.
