My home is in a 55+ park called Coquinna Crossing in Elkton, FL, (just outside St. Augustine). It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, dining room, bar room, (has sink and counter for a bar or used as den), large Florida room overlooking lake. The land is not owned, so a monthly rent of around $515 would need to be paid, which includes grounds upkeep and amenities. It is located right inside security gate and has so many amenities such as inside heated pool and juquzzi, outside pool, tennis court, club house, etc. We have moved to MA and would like a summer camp by ocean/lake or small home.
