Smaller... we bought this house and property with bigger dreams. Life happened and the goals have changed. We'd like a smaller house 1 or 2 bedrooms and less acreage, between 10 and 50. Location either around Danville, KY or Mt. Vernon, WA. I'm going to college for a master's degree. Horse amenities a big plus. Off the grid amenities also big plus. Rural but not isolated, need to be able to get to hospital even in poor weather. Home can need some work but retired husband does not want fixer upper.
