Want a house, townhouse or condo on ocean side of Florida, either on the beach or very close to beach -- i.e., short short walk. Would love access to a pool, as well. Love the Cocoa beach/Cape Canaveral area, but willing to consider any area so long as house is near beach. Would like access to bbq.
