Looking to exchange our home for a home in the Tawas City, East Tawas or Oscoda MI area. Our TOP CHOICE is to exchange for a Lake Huron beach front home. We would also consider a home in these areas that was very close to Lake Huron public access, an inland lake front or river front home, a home that was on a wooded lot that offered privacy and an abundance of wild life (deer, turkey, etc.). We are looking for a home valued between $70,000 - $130,000. My wife and I are retired. We love the Tawas area. We do not need a big home - approx. 800 to 1400 square feet.
