I have a single family home with 3 lots and detached garage less than one block from Budd Lake in Harrison, Michigan. I just had the kitchen remodeled (not appliances). All the floors are vinyl wood like planks except for the bathroom....it needs tiled. There are 2 bedrooms and a large attic where the $5000 furnace is. Natural gas for the stove, furnace and dryer. The whole roof is brand new as the front of the house is 1 year old and the back of the house was done this last spring 2016.

What I am really looking for is a home close to Mount Pleasant with at least 1 bedroom and at least 1 bathroom. I would love a bonus room. I prefer natural gas as that is what all of my appliances are. Garage is prefered but not a deal breaker as long as there is enough storage in the house.
