I'm looking for a 3+ bdrm 2+ bathroom house on no less then 3 acres the more the better would lile a house that has a nice kitchen finished basement garage pole barn any out buildings really ill be starting my own homestead. I wanna stay within 45 minutes of Lansing Michigan we are willing to trade and pay a monthly payment to make up for the house obviously being worth more then my current home. We have great jobs and credit jist don't make enough to get a mortgage we definitely need to go bigger we are to cramped in our current home
