I have a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath colonial in the 18 & John R area. The house is 2500 sq ft with an attached 2 1/2 car garage. The master bedroom has a full bath with walk-in shower, as well as a wakl-in closet. The kitchen/informal dining area opens up to the family room with a natural fireplace. The house also has a formal dining room, a separate living room with bay window, a den, and a first-floor laundry. The basement is very large and has one semi-finished room. I've recently gone through a life change and need to downsize. The house is simply too big for me and my 7 year-old son.
