I am looking to move further south as my job has moved down closer to the state line. I am really looking for anything in the Concord area and below but will consider what you have. What I have for trade is a 2 bed 1 bath chalet style house on one acre of land in Parsonsfield ME. The other side of the street is literally Effingham, NH, about one mile from beautiful Province Lake. Very nearby to Wakefield, Ossipee area. The house has been newly renovated, new flooring, paint, efficient propane central heat, new metal roof on the garage etc.
The house is realistically worth somewhere around $100,000. I am looking for an even trade in the Concord, Manchester, Bow, Boscawen, Goffstown, Salem, Derry, Londonderry, Nashua, etc.. area, just something near the Concord line and below would be ideal. Your house can be a fixer upper but you must OWN IT OUTRIGHT as I do mine to make for an easy trade. If you are interested shoot me an email or text and maybe we can work something out.
