the charm of a circa house close to town 1 or 2 bedrooms prefer at least one on first floor , inportant that house is cooled by sea breezes in the summer . Like to open all my windows in good weather. We can discuss other features by telephone and exchange of pictures . I prefer cooler weather and do miss the snow. Would like to do a one to one swap. My house is unique and looking for something similar. Have heated with wood in the past and bottled gas.
rural is okay too but should be near enough to coast to realize that breeze in summer.
