Bonus room can be used for additional bedroom. Vaulted ceilings in LR/DR and master bedroom. Ceiling fans in LR, larger bedroom and bonus room. Wheelchair ramp in front changed by renters but can easily be converted back to ramp. Stove and refrigerator (side by side with ice maker) included. Has been a rental for one year, needs some improvement to landscaping but very little other damage to house from renters.
