It’s a fixer upper, I’ve done a lot to it over the 9 years I’ve lived here. It’s fairly rural, 5 miles to town for a small grocery store, and just over 1 mile to a small country store. Ten miles to the closest city of 30,000 and 12 miles to a larger city of 87,000.
I want to live closer to my children and grandchildren in Grants Pass and would be especially happy to trade for a similar situation.
