Best of both worlds! Great location right in the center of Old San Juan and walking (10-15min) distance to 2 beaches, and several others within 10-20 min drive. Old SJ has history, dining, nightlife, museums, romance, gorgeous scenic points for photography, shopping (both unique little shops and outlet shopping), relaxing corners, and just an overall great community feel. My apt actually is 3bdrms but one just has a crib which could or could not be useful. 2 baths, 3 streetview balcony doors, large terrace with bar, great kitchen, cross-ventilation, will leave everything clean and clean everything afterwards.
