I have a brand new, FEMA built home in Port Arthur, TX 2BR 1Bath 870sq ft. Central air and heat. Vinyl flooring throughout. Carport, 6ft fenced yard, cement driveway and front walkway. The home will not be available until September 2011.At which time it will be 3 years old.Green with tan trim. Corner lot. Good neighborhood.Nice neighbors.Would consider trading furniture if interested. Our furniture was bought new when we moved in the new home September 2009.Windows are all double glass , so bills are low. Home sits on a slab. Not in a floodzone. Home insurance runs us about $100 a month. This is supposedly a storm proof home, says FEMA...
