We would like something with at least 10 acres. The house is not important as long as there is water and electric in the property.
Zoning needs to be mixed use or agricultural that allows some sort of business.
Residential zoning will not work unless you can work with your city to change prior to swap.
We are planing on cultivating the land, so it needs to have farming potential or already be an established ranch/farm/horse property.
We ideally would like to be no more than 2 hours from a major city and airport.
No gated communities with HOAs and lots of restrictions!
