We are looking for a home in the Cumming area of Georgia. Looking for something of the approximate same size - could be smaller (maybe 4000 sf) and would prefer 10 acres or more. If your house is worth less than ours, that's ok, we can carry part of the difference if we need to. Also, it is important to note that we priced our house at $1.3M, but according to a conversation with a local realtor last week, our house is actually worth $250 OR MORE per square foot and at 6100 sf, that is $1,525,000. But we know that times are tough and we need to move sooner rather than later, so we already reduced our asking price/valuation to $1.3M.
(1) We owe $215,000 and that has to be paid as part of this transfer.
(2) We are not willing to take on additional debt.
(3) We need 4+ bedrooms.
(4) We want 10 acres or more. Will consider less, but really want 10+ acres.
(5) The property we move into must be within a reasonable driving distance to Cumming, Georgia. North of Atlanta is probably best, but we will consider anything within a reasonable driving distance that meets our other needs.
(6) We are very creative and can find many ways to work a deal so bring us your best offer.
