What I love
This home has a unique layout which adds to it's charm. This home was one of the first homes built in the subdivision. It has a larger back yard than many of the other homes. There is a buffer of trees in the rear yard and a mountain view from the front porch. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We have friendly neighbors. It's location is ideal and close to downtown Mount Vernon and it's amenities. The road has very little traffic and is well lit. We feel very safe in this neighborhood. The interior is unique with vaulted ceilings and niches.
This larger style rambler (1520 sq ft) has been discontinued by the builder because the footprint is too large for the smaller lots!
We want to move to the Delta area, Marin, SF, Sac,CC, Folsom or Amador county. We have family who live in Sutter Creek and we want to move closer to them!
