Prefer upscale finishes. Needing to move my elder mother and myself to close (but separate) living quarters in warmer climate for health purposes. Obviously two or more condos would be best. Would like one for her, one for myself and one or two to use as rental income. Have been looking in Florida mostly, and there are so many one and two bedroom QUALITY condos available for under $75,000 each that it staggers me! I'd consider a trade for multiple units as long as the HOA fees and insurance rates (hurricanes) aren't outrageous. Similar in Hawaii have run about $125 to 150,000. Couple of those could be nice.... Make any offer...I could surprise myself. (For nefarious types: My brother is a former FBI ATF agent and now private investigator so PLZ don't waste your time offering a scam.)
