We are looking to move to the Denver area. We currently own a house in Deer Park, WA that is rented out with renters who are taking excellent care of it. We are looking for a home, preferably in the west side of Denver, Arvada, Golden, etc. area. Does not necessarily have to be comparable as we can do with either a fixer-upper or something that we can swap our house plus extra money for. Mostly looking for location.
